Our Prime communities improve health and relationships in ways that cannot be replicated in a traditional gym setting. 

Prime promotes positive change through nutrition, fitness and lifestyle coaching. With a focus on performance, health and longevity, we work to empower women who are no longer looking for the quick fix of the past but rather are focused on adding more years to their lives and life to their years by embracing a behavior based approach to health, happieness and fitness.

Prime Fitness uses small group training to help members build strength, cardiovascular fitness, bone density, flexibility and cognition through a variety of functional movement patterns performed at high intensity in a safe and controlled environment.  We work only with women and specialize in training methods that are specifically beneficial to the female population.

We are a nutrition-based whole women program. Our monthly educational modules are unlike anything offered anywhere else. You will learn what you need to know to age with power and grace. We will break down bone density, Alzheimer's, menopause, sexual health, Cancer, stress, mobility, heart disease and more. Each month members learn how to think about these big, looming issues and they leave feeling empowered by the knowledge they've acquired. After all, doctors don't have time to talk about prevention, so we're here to fill that void. We are women helping women. We want to build an army of smart, strong, happy and healthy females who can advocate for each other and themselves, knowing what it takes to live our lives to the fullest for the longest possible time.

With an emphasis on functional movements, our program is designed to keep you doing what you love outside of the club longer. Unlike most people, Prime women improve their health with time because we're careful to protect, push and make you more powerful. Our workouts are impactful for members of all levels and all members see dramatic results

 

Nutrition

Eggs are good, no eggs are bad! Oh they're good again! Nutrition has become a little like predicting the weather in New England from day-to-day. Many of us are told different things about what we should eat. At Prime we will help you determine what's best for you through a process of combined experience, self-experimentation and evidence-based research. You won't need to guess because you'll see and feel the difference. 

 

 

Support

There is nothing worse than doing something you're scared to start, alone. We know the hardest part is the moment before you begin. Once you're a member, you're a part of the tribe and suddenly you'll see your path forward. Your team will rally around you, listen and take care to help you improve your health and meet your goals. For some it's climbing the stairs without losing their breath, others are training for marathons. We will get you where you want to go and then pick a new target!
