I’ve been asked a lot what I put in my breakfast shakes. I usually do either Protein Powder+Psyllium Husk, or Collagen Peptides+MCTs+Psyllium Husk (the “Keto” Collagen Protein Powder below already has MCTs). I pre-scoop them in bulk into little mason jars, and dump them into my blender bottle in the morning. Good to go!
If you choose to add the psyllium husk for fiber, try to drink quickly. It absorbs a lot of water and gels.
