We customize your workouts around your body and your abilities. These are not cookie cutter programs that you'll see in the magazines at the grocery store. We take into account how you move and what you're capable of, and build your workout plan around you to ensure that you get the best results.  All we're asking is to see you in here three times each week.

Nutrition

Nutrition is one of the major components of this program. You might think “Diet” is a four letter word, but we will help you follow scientifically proven systems that will still have you eating real food and plenty of it. We will work with you to find a plan that works for you, your life, and your schedule. Instead of a short term crash diet, this 6 week program will help you develop the tools for a sustainable lifestyle change.

Tracking and Accountability 

Taking the time to take care of yourself is hard! We help you with consistent and comprehensive progress tracking, so we always know what’s working and what’s not. We have all signed up for a traditional gym, gone a few times, and then fallen back into our old habits. At Prime we call, email, and text you if you miss a workout or have a hard time keeping up with your nutrition. We want you to stay on track and can help you make changes if something isn’t working. We are here to support you whether you’re inside the gym or at home.
